Had a problem compiling because the code couldn't find 'zlib.h'. To fix this go to
http://www.gzip.org/zlib/ and download the zlib sources. In
win32 on VC++ 6.0 you must then add a path to your zlib sources dir under the menu
Tools/Options/Directories/Include files
I suggest adding it as the last item in the list.
