I faced "unable to load module" problem with php_gd2.dll. I've also checked
extensions directory, dlls directory and it didn't help. The solution was in php4ts.dll. It is
located in the root of php zip archive. Put this dll into %windir%\system32. After i did this, php
started to load gd2 okay.
