Confirm that you have saved php.ini in the correct directory.
To do this, go to command prompt, change to
c:\php.
Then type the following:
php -i > c:\temp.htm
This will create a file on your hard drive called c:\temp.htm which you can load in to your
favourite web browser. Look at the top of the file, and you will see:
Configuration File (php.ini) path
That is where PHP is looking for the ini file. Make sure that's where you are saving it! Good
