please help me.
I'm a web developer using osx panther. I'm about to install the latest php.
First of all-- when I search for apache, there are too many files to make sense of, and I have no
clue which one is the server administrator app.
Second, at apple.com there are installation instructions for php.
it says: ' decompress the file using the following commands'
shell> gunzip php-4.3.4.tar.gz
shell> tar xf php-4.3.4.tar
WHERE DO YOU TYPE THAT^ ????????
Just point me in the right direction so I can go off and destroy my computer. Thanks
