Under IIS 5.1, you must make the following change when installing php.
cgi.force_redirect = 0
In the recommended php.ini file that comes with the installation binaries, there is a ";"
in front of this entry. (i.e. a comment entry).
This is not easily seen, and when I initially attempted to install php I changed this value from
"1" to "0", but did NOT take out the ";". Needless to say, php did
not work. Luckily, I went back in to the ini file and found this problem. It wasn't
intuitive.
Just a note to help someone else.
Thanks
Rick
