note 44916 added to install.windows.extensions

The same happens to me when I try to enable the mysql extension :
PHP version : 5.0.1
have php in : c:\php\
php.ini in : c:\windows\
in the php.ini have specified : extension_dir: c:\php\ext
and have decommented the php_mysql.dll extension
but when I try to restart Apache, it doesn't loads the mysql extension and sends a warning.
