note 44971 added to function.passthru

I have been trying to run two commands on IIS 6.0 with little to no success. I have been able to run others such as ping.exe with no problems. The two commands I have been having difficulty running are; query user /server:serveraddress.blah.com whois.exe lookupurl.com The first works fine if I query the server the site is on but not for others. Whois displays no output no matter what I do. I have tried with ` exec system and passthru all with the same results. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Please email me if you have an idea. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.passthru.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+44971 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+44971&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+44971&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
