Note carefully! The PHP SOAP Extentsion does not yet support HTTP-Digest Authentication. Took me 2
days to discover this. It would also appear that neither do the PEAR SOAP module or NuSOAP.
So anyone wanting to use the MS MapPoint web service with PHP is stuffed (for now) which is a shame
