note 45025 added to function.tidy-parse-string

It looks like from the main tidy page: http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/ref.tidy.php That php4 & tidy can work together, possibly using the functions listed to work with php5. If this isn't the case, then documenation should be added to explain how this should be done with php4.
