Even if you don't intend to use PNGs, but only JPEG files with GD & PHP - you need to pass
the --with-png parameter (in case PHP won't find it) to configure.
Otherwise you will get GD support = YES but functions like gdImageCreateFromJpeg won't work
without png library.
