note 45093 added to install.apache2

i use apache2.0.50(win32) and php4.3.8 install php under windows 2000 server, i did all as manual.
and the browser return message 'internat server error' about error 500.
anyhow i write 'header("Content-type: text/html");' before anything output.
the error still exists.
