note 45130 added to function.setcookie

How do i make a cookies work with a IIS. I have a page with a form and a script that is called by my login page where it creates the cookies. however the cookies is not being sent to the next page, therefore i cannot access my admin site. it works fine under apache, but not under IIS.'
