A simpler way to use this function without having to supply a system path:
<?php
$xmlfile = "xmlfiles/myfile.xml";
$mydoc = domxml_open_file( realpath($xmlfile) )
or die("Couldn't load $xmlfile...");
// do stuff with $mydoc...
?>
This works on Windows and Linux servers, and ports between them.
