Be aware of the following issues when copying files in most servers:
- When you copy a file, the directory in wich the file will be copied must have write permission for
all users. Normally the directories have permission 755, that is: only the owner can create files on
the directory. You must change permissions to 757 or 777 wich will enable all users to create files
on the directory. This is not a good idea on shared servers in wich Safe Mode is not enabled, but is
the only way to create files using PHP.
- When you copy a file, the file UID usually becomes 99 wich correspond to user "nobody".
Because of that, if you later try to delete the copied file, you will not be able to do it.
