If you work with PHP+IIS don't forget to install:
ZendOptimizer-2[1].1.0b-Windows-i386.exe
This save errors like:
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 017E73CD (or another address)
Because Windows serch ZendExtensionmanager.dll
