The documentation regarding future dates does not seem to be correct.
<?php
$tomorrow = mktime(0, 0, 0, date("m") , date("d")+1, date("Y"));
?>
If this is executed on Dec 31, 2004 the date returned is Dec 1, 2004. The example essentially says
"current month, increment day, current year". (Unless I'm wrong!)
