HOW TO INSTALL FILEINFO? Since I already stepped into installing extensions for getting this run, I want to try fileinfo now, but whole Google did not help me to find a manual. Please help/mail me! thanks a lot! (http://pecl.php.net/package-info.php?package=Fileinfo) mime_content_type() is disappointing inaccurate :( examples (file suffix, suggested mime type): txt text/plain jpg image/jpeg zip application/zip exe application/x-ms-dos-executable bmp text/plain (file was empty, 0 bytes) txt message/rfc822 (was similar to .eml) php text/plain psd text/plain dat text/plain some spaces in filename.xxx (does not work with spaces) xls text/plain ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mime-magic.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+45471 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+45471&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+45471&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
