note 45482 added to install.windows.iis

I had trouble getting PHP5 to work with IIS 5.0. I kept getting 400 and 404 errors. None of the suggestions below helped. What finally fixed it was to do exactly what it says on the Manual Installation page (http://us4.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.manual.php), i.e., go through the php.ini file and set the directives appropriately. If you want to get up and running fast then do a search for "IIS" in php.ini, read the comments for each directive that applies to IIS and set the value appropriately.
