Hopefully this will save somebody some headaches.
Consider this URL:
http://localhost/phpinfo.php?i=q&j=2
To request the value of 'j,' one can not simply do this:
$_REQUEST["j"]
as 'j' is not set.
To get value of j, one has to request it like this:
$_REQUEST["amp;j"]
