It tooks me several hours to find out, that in Version 5 the php.exe, used in previous Win32-version
and unfortunately still available in the full zip-package, does no longer work for IIS. Instead the
'php-cgi.exe' MUST be used. The manual and installation guide is still the same as with
version 4.x and of course mentions the old file name. The minor changes noted in the PHP5 Migration
Appendix B. - Migrating from PHP4 to PHP5 - shows this difference in chapter CLI and CGI where you
might not expect it. Only a installation of the installer package - which worked perfectly on the
first try - disclosed the secret to me.
