I am having a issue that no one can answer...
I am trying to convert the the date with the simple date() function but it prints out a different
date than what the variable is given.
Example:
$formatdate = date("M d Y", "2004-09-13");
echo $formatdate; # prints Dec 31 1969
Why would it print Dec 31 1969? Instead of Sep 13 2004
