I have installed PHP 5.0.1 with Apache 2.0.50 on Windows XP. To enable XSL with PHP 5, I only need
remove the semi-colon ";" at the beginning of the line to uncomment the PHP_XSLT extension
From ;extension=php_xslt.dll into extension=php_xslt.dll . Do it all in php.ini
Here is my config in phpinfo():
