On my server (Windows 2000, iis 5, php 4.3.4) the command htmlentities does nothing as the
following command shows:
print_r(get_html_translation_table(HTML_ENTITIES))
leads to:

So in short a special key like ü = ü that should be written the html source as ü=
&uuml; (in source) the above function does nothing.
Are the settings for get_html_translation_table(HTML_ENTITIES) optional while compiling?
