note 45735 added to install.windows.iis

I've installed IIS5.1 (WinXp) with PHP for a long time and worked perfect, (php was installed via installer)...but after I upgraded to PHP/4.3.9RC2 and also installed Apache/2.0.50 (Win32), (use two server at the same time, IIS works fine for ASP), I can't use php via IIS anymore, it always comes out with a page of "HTTP 400 - Bad Request Internet Information Services". I'm sure I've followed the installation guide again and have set everything up, but just still can't access php page via IIS.
