Just a small change to the earlier post. The calctimeout function should be the following since we
are calculating in milliseconds, not microseconds.
// The function to calculate the timeout
function calctimeout($maxtime, $starttime)
{
return $maxtime - ((microtime(true) - $starttime) * 1000);
}
