note 45785 added to function.count

Nubie here...Would there be a quick and easy way to make a script where visiter enters number into a form, open text file with cumulative amount, new amount is added to previous amount, write number to file, echo new cumulative amount. Application: Tally how many layouts created in a month from all who participate by entering their amount into the form. Hope that makes sense. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.count.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+45785 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+45785&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+45785&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
