In case Adam's solutions don't work for you, here's another nice work-around for
"Warning: Could not find/open font in c:\...":
ImageTTFText seems to have problems with fonts residing in a directory tree with spaces (e.g.
c:\Programme\Apache Group\apache\htdocs\myfont.ttf). Just replace path items containing spaces with
the appropriate ms-dos 8.3 style names (e.g. c:\Programme\apache~1\apache\htdocs\myfont.ttf) and you
should be fine.
