I know people with email addresses of: blah+dff@blah.com and it wouldn't allow this It should also force it to start with an alpha numeric and end with the same. This should all be on one line. ^[_a-z0-9-]+(\.[_a-z0-9-]+)* @[a-z0-9-]+(\.[a-z0-9-]{1,})*\.([a-z]{2,}){1}$ Hope this helps someone.
