Note Submitter: yevgeny at 607design dot com ---- PHP5 does not load the MySQL library by default; you must manually enable it by uncommenting the following line in php.ini: extension=php_mysql.dll The extension_dir directive is set to the value of "./" by default. I was unable to determine what the implied relative directory is, so I changed it to something less ambiguous (C:\php). Also, the MySQL library requires libmysql.dll, so you would probably want to copy it to C:\WINNT. Hope this helps someone.
