I'm in trouble of sleep(). The least sleep time is as long as ONE second. But what I need is
10ms or 1ms. The sleep API of Windows is 1 millisecond quantitatively, and what in Unix is 1
microsecond. (Though it isn't so precision)
Why do it 1 second in PHP?
When you write a DB control with multithread php communication, the ONE second is too long for wait.
