Starting a session in your image-scripts work fine. Be careful though, as arjini writes: Any
whitespace will (and should) break the image. Always double-check the headers you send. To simplify
your life:
<?php
// create the $im, and put something useful in it
header('Content-Type: image/jpeg');
imagejpeg($im);
imagedestroy($im);
exit;
?>
The exit-statement will take care of any whitespaces below it.
