For file / image uploading, having a folder with 777 permissions is useful as it allows a user to
upload files from their browser.
PHP doesn't allow you to make a directory with 777 permissions, to get around this make the
directory, then change its mode to 777.
<form method="post" action="directory_make_upate.php">
Create Directory:<input type="text" name="file" size=15>
<input type="submit" value="Create">
</form>
<?
mkdir($file,0755);
chmod ($file,0777);
