note 46237 deleted from function.time-nanosleep by aidan

Note Submitter: matan maz at yahoo dot com ---- this must be a mistake, if: time_nanosleep(0,500000) is half a second according to the page, then there are 1,000,000 nano seconds in a second. This is surely a mistake, becuase there are a thousand more nano seconds in a second that that. It should read: time_nanosleep(0,500000000) now it will go through 500 million nano seconds and bam, half a second! -Hope I didn't make a fool out of myself here, I'm pretty sure it's a mistake.
