Not sure when "post_max_size" was added to php.ini - but using a php.ini from an older
version that does not specify it produces a default that causes large file uploads to fail. So it
needs to be in php.ini at least as of php-4.0.3pl1 or old scripts to upload large files will break.
I suppose running diff against php.ini-dist in new versions is necessary to catch little changes
like this.
