The Bicubic functions provided by users below work GREAT as far as quality is concerned, but be
careful when trying to use them on LARGE images, not only because they exhaust your CPU, but also
because on very large images (800k, haven't yet determined the general threshold) the function
will magically and silently fail, presumably because the script uses up all available memory on the
server.
