note 46266 deleted from install.windows.apache2 by nlopess

(I copied my php4apache2.dll to 'C:\WinNT\system32' dir) Otherwise, You might get an error 'Could not LoadModule "c:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll" ' eventhough the path to php4apache2.dll (or php5apache2.dll) is correct. This may be due to failure of php4apache2.dll to load the php4ts.dll (I figured it myself late) Hope This Helps some desperate people ;)
