note 46295 added to faq.misc

For some reason I havn't been able to see php since my friend deleted Internet Explorer. Even one of my favorite games won't work. I am using Mozilla Firefox right now. Is there a way to get this fixed without downloading Internet Explorer? Maybe there is a way to fix Firefox or maybe there is another internet browser I could use?
