note 46492 added to faq

I have set the Apache appropiately. I can see the page http://localhost/index.html.en. and I created a php file (named test.php) as following: <?php phpinf(); ?> After I started the Apache, my browser (IE) cannot open the test.php. The file was only opened with my web editor (Dreamweaver). Why? Could anyone can help me to solve this problem? Thank you.
