OK so I'm a new-to-linux developer.....
I can get my ImageMagick prog to run in SSH and have tried the example above by referencing the exe
directly but still nothing. I have tried giving the file all the permissions I can and still
nothing.
Oh I am also new to php so here it what I have in the php file:

exec('/usr/bin/X11/convert shopfront.jpg shopfront.gif');
?>
Any ideas on what I need to do to get this to work?
