This may be a really dumb question, but the section that explains why MySQL support is no longer bundled with PHP 5 doesn't go on to explain how/where to *get* MySQL support. I'm trying to install a CMS which requires Apache, PHP and MySQL and it's taken me a while to realize that PHP doesn't know how to reach MySQL and I expected this document to explain how to rectify that.
