Gurus have been talking a lot of changing the PHPRC en variable to redirect the PHP.INI file for a
server instance and well it did change the server variable with SETENV directive in .htaccess
(verified through PHPINFO). However, the server still works with the old root PHP.INI from etc
folder of our co-shared PHP Server. Does it need some more tweaking somewhere...?
