CURLOPT_INTERFACE
Another important option someone forgot to document. Similar to the command line equivalent, this
option can be used to communicate using a particular network interface or IP address.
curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_INTERFACE, "192.168.1.2");
This is very important if you need to track traffic resulting from heavy curl usage by diffrent
users on a single machine.
This is *not* CURLOPT_FTPPORT, as this options is used for other things.
