Beginning with PHP 5, array-count-values seems to have a problem counting strings which happen to be
numbers. For example, with
$myCount = array-count-values ( array
("1","2","2","3","3","3","z","z")
) ;
I can print all the values in $myCount using join(), and $myCount["z"] yields the
expected, but $myCount["1"] is INACCESSIBLE.
