Note that the Zend article, here: http://www.zend.com/php5/articles/php5-xmlphp.php
said that DOMDocument::validate takes 1 parameter: the DTD document filename.
(Their example: $dom->validate('articles.dtd');)
The article was written in March of 2004, but now in August 2004 as PHP5 is released,
DOMDocument::validate expects exactly 0 parameters.
(Not sure how to get the DTD file into the validator now, but there ya go.)
