Install on Win32 (XP w/ Service Pack 2)
Small tweak to php.ini file required as experienced for PHP 4.3.9:
Uncomment [remove the leading semi-colon] the following in the "Windows Extensions"
section of the php.ini file located in the WINDOWS directory:
extension=php_xslt.dll
Server: Apache 4.2
