Everyone should note that according to the HTTP/1.1 spec, the Location: header needs an ABSOLUTE
URI. You *can not* simply say:
Location: foo.php
You need to specify the full URI, protocol, host, port (if not 80), and all. For the info in the
spec, check out:
http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec14.html#sec14.30
