note 47384 added to function.imagecreatetruecolor

Hey, I made a code where it outputs image. I chose image by ?image=/blah/blah.jpg and then it takes it from outside web tree from that dir. The problem I'm having is that the quality outputed by PHP is much lower than original JPG.
