I'm currently running PHP 5.0.2, and just like similar functions that can read or otherwise
access a remote file (such as file, get_file_contents, createimagefromjpeg, etc.), allow_url_fopen
must be enabled in php.ini in order for get_headers to work on remote files. Is this an oversight
in the documentation or a bug?
