If you know something, write it down somewhere, and then want to read it again, why not just read it from short-term memory? If you know it (have it in short-term memory), there is no reason to read it from long-term storage again, and reading it from the disk again will only slow things down, as will flushing the cache. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fflush.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+47631 Delete -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+47631&report=yes Reason: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+47631&report=yes&reason=bad+code Reason: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+47631&report=yes&reason=spam Reason: useless example -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+47631&report=yes&reason=useless+example Reason: contains commercial links -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+47631&report=yes&reason=contains+commercial+links Reason: useless note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+47631&report=yes&reason=useless+note Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+47631&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
