For php5 + windows + IIS5, the above documentation optionally recommends setting doc_root =
C:\inetpub in the php.ini file. I tried this but got the "no input file specified" error
when viewing php files in a browser.
This can be fixed by setting to doc_root = C:\inetpub\wwwroot or to whichever local path that
you're using for a home directory in your IIS settings. Don't forget to restart IIS after
you've changed your php.ini file.
